Our fire binder, made by pure inorganic materials, Supporting the use of specialized insulation materials. Its characteristics are non-flammable,non-smoking, non-toxic and convenient construction, etc. This product is suitable for bonding and sealing the light plate materials, has been widely used to 4 hours fire resistance of lightweight fire wall, and 2 hours fire resistance of fire doors.
Use：
1. Cleaned the surface to be bonded before brushing.
2. Spread the binder with the flat shovel or hard plastic brush.
3. Use in time after opening, save to seal if unused.
4. The binder was weak reduction of plastic, don’t touch it by hand in the construction, rinse with water if touch it careless.

High temperature glue use method:
The 1 cloth on surface of calcium silicate board clean.
2 open the lid after standing for glue.
3 the upper layer of glue is relatively dilute, and now the surface of a thin brush on a thin layer.
4 to the bottom of the thick glue mixing evenly.
5 brush off the surface and then brush a layer of a relatively thick.
The 6 sides are well coated, extruded together, natural drying for 12 hours, or 2 hours of 70--100 dry harden.
7.700C burn after 3 hours of strength, with a hammer can be cut, no specific adhesive strength test data.
